When replacing an appliance means changing cabinetry, fitting custom panels, or working through ventilation requirements, experience matters. Last Mile brings the installation and surrounding work into one clear scope, with practical options for your home and budget. Straightforward installations are welcome when we’re the right fit.
MORE THAN A DELIVERY DAY
An appliance touches the entire room.
A panel that doesn't fit, a utility in the wrong place, or a cabinet opening that needs to change can affect the whole installation. We look at those details before the appliance arrives.
As a remodeler and custom installer, I see how cabinetry, finishes, appliances, and supporting trades need to work together. My job is to help bring those pieces into a clear plan.

ONE PROJECT. THE RIGHT PEOPLE.
Care that carries through to the finish.
We follow the specifications.
We review the manufacturer’s installation instructions and measure the space for your model. You receive written assurance that our installation will not void the manufacturer warranty. Any proposed exception that could affect coverage is explained in writing before work begins.
We bring the right resources.
We coordinate with your contractor, designer, and cabinet maker, or draw on trusted trade relationships. When electrical, plumbing, or other licensed work is needed, the appropriate professionals become part of the plan.
We care about what you see.
Aligned cabinetry, even gaps, matched finishes, and a precise fit. The finished space should look like the appliance belonged there from the beginning.
You know who you’re working with.
We stay involved and take responsibility for the details. You don’t need to know our terminology, and you can always ask us to slow down or explain it another way. Your questions deserve patience, respect, and a clear answer.
Start with a call or a short note. We’ll talk about your goals and, if we’re a good fit, arrange an in-person visit for an estimate. Photos and model numbers can come later.
