OUR INSTALLATION PROCESS
Confidence begins
before installation day.
First, we talk by phone about what you have in mind. If we’re a good fit, we meet you at your home for an estimate. From there, a site survey brings the appliance requirements, measurements, cabinetry, and supporting trades into a clear installation plan.
This is how we get there
PLANNING IN THE REAL WORLD
Start with
the whole picture.
Personal service for private clients starts with listening to your priorities and respecting your time. Seeing your home in person helps us plan the conditions, access, trades, and timing, then explain a clear path forward. We define the scope together, coordinate the agreed details, and keep you informed so you know what to expect.
We listen.
We discuss what you’re replacing, what you want to improve, and what you want to preserve. Your existing and proposed appliances help us identify suitable options, accessories, and solutions.
Your goals + proposed productsMeasure the space.
Cabinet openings, countertop cutouts, depth, ceiling slopes, and door clearances all matter. We account for walls, floors, panel thicknesses, and finished surfaces. Critical dimensions are field-verified before custom fabrication. We explain what to expect upfront, including limitations and details that need a closer look, so you can make decisions with clear expectations.
Field-verified dimensionsReview the mechanicals.
We assess accessible electrical, plumbing, gas, and ducting against the appliance requirements. Ventilation challenges, makeup air needs, and changes requiring further trade assessment are identified early.
Requirements + supporting tradesDevelop the custom details.
We determine what can be preserved, modified, or recreated. That may mean custom panels, matching profiles and finishes, cabinet reconstruction, stainless steel fillers, or precise alterations to stone, tile, and hoods.
A solution for your existing spaceDefine the installation plan.
Products, modifications, and custom components come together in a clearly defined scope of work, professionally presented, with CAD drawings where appropriate. We identify details that may need confirmation once an existing appliance is removed and explain the plan in everyday language. Every question is welcome.
We offer financing options and convenient online payments. If you’d like, we can give you access to our JobTread client portal, with your project details, options, and schedule in one place.
A clear scope + known questionsPrepare for installation.
We outline preparation, fabrication, supporting trade work, and the agreed sequence. You’ll understand who is responsible for each step and what needs to be ready before installation.

LET'S THINK IT THROUGH TOGETHER
A great installation
starts here.
A call or a short note is enough to begin. We’ll ask about the appliance, photos, and measurements as the conversation develops.
